We were absolutely thrilled when we found this house. Large, modern and spacious, spread across 3 floors with a sociable kitchen/lounge area, small garden and secure parking - it had everything we try to look for!

The space

We’ve done our best to create a home, rather than a house, to ensure you have a relaxed & comfortable stay.

~ Bedrooms ~
There are 4 bedrooms in total - each are carefully crafted and fit with comfortable beds to ensure you are truly able to relax & wake up feeling well-rested!

In 3 of the 4 bedrooms we have king size beds that can split into singles. Therefore you can choose the bed setup:

Bedroom 1: One king or two singles
Bedroom 2: One king or two singles
Bedroom 3: One king or two singles
Bedroom 4: One king

~ Lounge / Living Room ~
The spacious lounge has a 49" smart TV with Netflix included, lots of cushions and nice lighting making you feel at home. Free wifi, of course included too.

We also provide a retro games console with 4 controllers and a variety of games, a unique board game and a deck of cards to keep you entertained whilst you stay!

~ Kitchen ~
A long open plan kitchen provides for a sociable setting and is well equipped with utensils, pots & pans along with all the appliances you will need during your stay - including a dishwasher.

Tea, coffee and a cafetière also provided!

~ Bathrooms ~
1x Toilet room on the ground floor
1x Bathroom (shower & toilet) on the first floor
1x Bathroom (bath/shower & toilet) on the second floor

The house provided by Hostly in Slough was absolutely lovely, was in the perfect location and had all the amenities that we required. The only problem with the booking was the refundable deposit in which the host requires. I completely understand why they ask for it however they hide it at the bottom of the description and then ask for it after you’ve already sent the money across. Ours was £400 which I sent over via Airbnb. Had no issues getting it back however they have had to refund it in Airbnb credit which is absolutely useless to me and was never made known to me before sending it. Please be aware of this as I’ve never had any other booking on Airbnb go this route for a deposit. It would have been much easier just to have some card details on file. I’m not impressed by the communication and clarity provided by either the host or Airbnb themselves.

Spacious Rooms and Excellent Service at The Rabbit Place Our recent stay at The Rabbit Place was truly enjoyable. The rooms are impressively big and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore the area. However, there was some roadwork on the front road near the traffic light, which did cause a bit of noise. One of the highlights of our stay was the prompt and attentive service. Any needs or requests we had were immediately addressed. Overall, The Rabbit Place offers a great experience with spacious accommodations and excellent service.

Wir waren schon öfters in England unterwegs und wohnen nur in Air BnB's. Es ist für 8 Personen und völlig ausreichend. Es 4 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder und ein Gäste WC. Leider war bei uns in einem Bad das Waschbecken kaputt und das konnte in den 4 Tagen nicht repariert werden. Für einen Städtetrip nach London ist okay, wenn wann nur zum schlafen da ist.

The place is large and close to the things we wanted to see. Host was responsive. However there were a number of things that could be improved, the upstairs sink leaked, there was mold around the baseboard in the upstairs room, the kitchen dishes weren’t always clean from the cupboard, and the washer/dryer didn’t dry all that well, would have been nice to have a drying rack. Also the bathrooms are ok, but there is no where to put things…could have used a small table. Overall though, it was a decent place to stay.

Das Häuschen entspricht der Beschreibung. Vier Schlafzimmer befinden sich in den beiden oberen Etagen. Auf jeder Etage befindet sich ein Badezimmer. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, jedoch auch ruhig und ohne Lärm. Der Bahnhof ist einen Fußweg von ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Mit der Elisabeth Line, kommt man ganz einfach nach London rein. Ganz so Lupenrein wie auf den Bildern, ist die Unterkunft zwar nicht, aber dennoch sauber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin war immer zu erreichen und bemüht bei Problemen zu helfen! Vielen Dank dafür. Ein wirklich tolles Ferienhaus, für eine etwas größere Gruppe oder Familie.

The house was as described and was in a perfect location for visiting Lapland UK. The communication from Hostly was great in the build up and the house had good amenities. The 2 parking spaces in a gated area is a real added bonus. The only thing that made this stay good instead of great was some minor cleaning issues which have been fed back. The house needs a bit of a revamp as doesn’t exactly portray the fresh look as advertised in the pictures. Overall it was a good stay and did what we needed it to do. Thank you Hostly.

We stayed here so we could visit Legoland one day and Lapland the next. It was a perfect location for both even in rush hour. I would definitely recommend staying here if going to either attraction.

Great stay! Communication with host easy and fast responses. Secure parking. Great location for Lapland UK and a trip into Windsor. Tesco express handy 2 minutes away. House has 4 fabulous sized bedrooms and 2 main bathrooms. Living space open plan lovely and spacious! Kitchen had everything we needed and towels all provided. December stay and the heating worked wonderfully! A great stay had by all the family! Thank you!

Large but cozy house in Slough. Four bedrooms with flexible beds (single or king). Everything you need for a trip to London. Walking distance to Train station (Elizabeth line to London). Excellent service by Hostly, very helpful and quick. Very recommandable.

We had a great stay at Rabbits place. The accommodation is really spacious with 2.5 bathrooms and big double rooms it was the perfect space for our group booking. The hosts are brilliant and always in hand for any questions and issues. I’d have no issue recommending this place and look forward to booking again in the future.

Le logement correspondait aux photos, mais nous nous attendions à quelque chose de plus propre et mieux entretenu, entre la caution de 400£ et le fait que l'équipe d'entretien n'ait pas terminé le ménage à temps pour le check-in à 16h. L'intérieur des placards et des tiroirs de cuisine n'étaient pas propres, et dans la salle de bain du dernier étage le lavabo était poussiéreux. Présence de tâches sur les draps également. Sinon, le reste des surfaces étaient propres. Il manque une poubelle dans la salle d'eau du dernier étage. C'est un bon rapport qualité-prix à Londres, mais le quartier ne présente pas grand intérêt et il faut un certain temps pour rejoindre le centre (15 minutes à pieds jusqu'à la gare de Slough, puis 30 min via Elisabeth Line ou 13min avec le GWR).

Nice base for exploring the area. Only a 30 min walk to Windsor & 30 min drive to Harry Potter. Good secure parking and plenty of beds. The only thing I’d ask to improve is to have more glasses for wine & fizz and to make sure there is a corkscrew. The host is very responsive to messages and did let us check in early.

We had a lovely stay here. The property was exactly as described, modern and clean and with all the facilities we needed including secure parking. The location, on a busy little street, was great for Slough centre and the train station. Good communication from the hosts too. All in all, we were very happy with our stay here.
