We were absolutely thrilled when we were introduced to this house - Large, modern and spacious, spread across 3 floors with beautiful Indian furniture throughout. It also has a lovely garden and patio area & comes with free parking for up to 4 cars...It's no wonder that it has quickly established itself as a firm favourite amongst our guests!

~ Bedrooms ~
There are 4 bedrooms in total - each are carefully crafted and fit with comfortable mattresses to ensure you are truly able to relax & wake up feeling well-rested!

2 of the 4 bedrooms are fit with king-size beds which can split into singles. Therefore you can choose your desired configuration for bedroom 1 & 2:

Bedroom 1: One king or two singles (first floor)
Bedroom 2: One king or two singles (first floor)
Bedroom 3: One small double (first floor)
Bedroom 4: Fixed super king & one single platform bed (top floor)

~ Lounge / Living Room ~
The spacious lounge has a 49" smart TV with Netflix included, lots of cushions and nice lighting making you feel at home. Free wifi too - of course!

~ Kitchen ~
A lovely kitchen and dining area provides for a sociable setting and is well equipped with utensils, pots & pans along with all the appliances you will need during your stay - including a dishwasher.

Tea, coffee and a cafetiere also provided!

~ Bathrooms ~
1x Toilet room on the ground floor
1x Bathroom (bath, shower & toilet) on the first floor
1x En Suite Bathroom (shower & toilet) on the top floor

Had a lovely stay! There were a few cleanliness issues however they were resolved and received a discount on our next stay. Look forward to staying at one of their properties again!

This is a serviceable Airbnb for a group of 5 or 6 on a nice quiet street with plenty of parking and a shop down the road for any forgotten essentials. Plenty of bed space, as the ad clearly states the kings are zipped together singles, and enough bathrooms for a good sized group. The kitchen and living area are pretty small relative to the number of people it can sleep, we were 5 and that was probably the max you could comfortably sit in either of the rooms. Someone has obviously tried to give this property some character and style with a light bright design and art throughout. It is let down slightly by being a bit tired, a stain on the white carpet going up the stairs, an unfortunately neglected garden and a kitchen full of old, flimsy and sub-standard equipment. Nice for an extended family weekend away, expect to drive or Uber everywhere and be sure to bring your own kitchen roll, loo roll, bin bags, washing up liquid, knives, pans etc

Perfect for what we needed.

We loved our stay, we had some issues when we first checked in but with some communication that was resolved very promptly, it’s a beautiful area very peaceful. I would recommend staying here with family or friends it’s spacious and accommodating. Thank you ! :)

Good functional space to stay while we attended a family wedding. Useful to have 4 car parking spaces. Convenience store within walking distance which is helpful.

Was a great place to stay, really enjoyed how local it was to food places and was easy enough to get Ubers if needed

This 3 floor townhouse is a bit smaller than the pics make it seem, but very usable. 4 bedrooms worked well for our large family. The backyard was not kept at all. Grass was overgrown and furniture was worn out. The kitchen was a bit dusty and drawers were a little gross. Could use a good deep cleaning. Overall, it suited our needs, was an adequate stay, and the management was very responsive.

Really good place that served its purpose. Surrounding area a bit bland and soulless but nothing hosts can to about that and plenty to do in Reading which is just a short trip away

Fantastic townhouse in Reading. Everything was immaculate inside. everything we needed was available to cook full meals. Very comfortable and homely stay. Will 100% stay again when working in the area!

Le logement se trouve dans un quartier très calme. 4 places de parking à disposition. Le logement est propre et moderne avec tout le nécessaire (lave linge, lave vaisselle, 2 sdb, 3 wc), idéale à 8. Le logement est a 10 min en voiture de la gare de Reading qui permet d’avoir accès à Londres (station Paddington) en 25 min. Parking à côté de la gare un peu cher (un petit a 11 £ la journée et le parking de la gare a 21£ les 9 heures). U. Supermarché se trouve a 10 min a pied du logement. Attention: le logement dispose de rideau au fenêtres mais qui n’empêche pas la lumière de passer, il fait jour des 6h du matin dans les chambres. Pas l’idéal pour les enfants.

Excellent service from Hostly. Even when we arrived and there was a fresh smell of cigarette smoke (likely from the cleaning/maintenance team) they were quick tonreply and reassure us. The smell faded but not a great welcome so thought it important to let Hostly know their cleaners had left this. Listened to our requests for bedding arrangements and very good at communicating.

The house was lovely, perfect location for us to be able to get to London easily and also to visit the oracle for shopping.
