We were so thrilled to add Swan Place to our family - it’s rare to find a 3 bedroom apartment that is so central, whilst also having parking and being in an area which is hidden from the town’s hustle and bustle!

~ Bedrooms ~
There are 3 bedrooms in total - each are carefully crafted and fit with comfortable mattresses to ensure you are truly able to relax & wake up feeling well-rested!

2 of the 3 bedrooms are fit with king-size beds which can split into singles. Therefore you can choose your desired configuration for bedroom 1 & 2:

Bedroom 1: One king OR two singles
Bedroom 2: One king OR two singles
Bedroom 3: One small double
Living Area: Sofa bed

~ Lounge / Living Room ~
The spacious lounge has a flat screen TV with Netflix included, lots of cushions and nice lighting making you feel at home - whilst also opening through to the Kitchen. Free wifi too - of course! Since the photos were taken, we also installed a new breakfast bar & stools in the bay window area.

~ Kitchen ~
The kitchen connects onto the living area, which provides for a lovely sociable setting, although there are also shutters should you want to separate the two areas, giving you the choice. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, pots & pans along with all the appliances you will need during your stay - including a dishwasher.

Tea, coffee and a cafetiere also provided!

This property is easy self-access, and the entire place is yours alone to enjoy!

Interaction with guests

We want you to have a really comfortable stay and we will do what we can to make sure that happens.

We always have our phones on to make sure we can assist you with any queries, and are only a short journey away if needed.

Prior to check in we like to call our guests as we want to make sure you are happy with the instructions to get to the home and so you know it's a friendly person on the end of the phone should you need anything.
