We couldn’t believe the super central location of this apartment - Reading’s cafes, restaurants & shops, including the Oracle, are right on your doorstep. It’s also just a 2-3 minute walk to Reading Train Station.

There is one bedroom in this apartment - carefully crafted and fit with a comfortable bed to ensure you are truly able to relax & wake up feeling well-rested!

The bedroom has a fixed double bed, with some nice soft touches and plenty of storage space, including a bedside table and 2 wardrobes. There are some glass double doors that open out into a balconette - perfect for keeping things bright and fresh in summer! We also have a sofa bed in the lounge/living area.

~ Lounge / Living Room ~
The spacious, modern living area has lots of natural daylight and a flat screen TV with Netflix included, lots of cushions and thoughtful soft touches, making you feel at home. Free wifi too - of course!

~ Kitchen ~
The kitchen is along the side of the living area, which provides for a lovely sociable setting. There is also a dining table to make use of - whether it’s for eating or working! The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, pots & pans along with all the appliances you will need during your stay - including a dishwasher.

Tea, coffee and a cafetiere also provided!

1x Bathroom (shower & toilet)

We use the brilliant KeyNest for this property - the key collection point is Reading Train Station (2-3 minutes’ walk from the apartment). Once you have the keys, the place is yours alone to enjoy!

Clean, bright, comfortable, open apartment with very nice bath. Great location relative to city center. Grocery store (Sainsbury) right around the corner as well as the Oracle and other shopping. Easy access to train and buses.

It's a lovely apartment right in the city center with a very sunny view and all the shops near by. Communication is great (Angélique, Kim and Adam were very helpful and immediately answered all the queries). I had an issue with the cleanliness and the rust in few items which were remedied to: the items were replaced and another cleaning was made. The main problem was having to carry 3 heavy bags through narrow stairs up to the 3d floor! Despite all, I would definitely book again as long as the same excellent assistance of the team is there!

Everything was top tier. A 6 min walk from the station which places you right next to the shopping centre. The apartment was nice and clean no complaints at all. Communication was also top tier ??

The host is so nice & helpful, and responsible for guests. I was landed evening and really afraid not able to find the key. The host kept live-chat with me on 10pm and guided me step-by-step. The apartment is good and nice. Feel comfortable. Location is excellent since their are shops by 1-min walk. This apartment is good for traveller and those who need a temporary living place to get familiar with the Reading.

Great location, very clean - exactly what we needed for a weekend away. The kitchen comes with enough things to cook a meal with, and with supermarkets 1 min away this was very useful.

Perfect little flat, super conveniently located, short quick walk to the train station or to the Oracle, with an M&S just across the street and a Sainsburys around the corner. Everything clean and new, everything you need, even an iron and an ironing board (which we failed to notice behind the living room door). Lovely to have teabags already there! The flat gets lots of light and you can look out over the rooftops. Having Netflix is a treat, and the living room/ kitchen is comfy and spacious. Walk up the stairs didn't bother us, and although street noise meant you couldn't really have the living room windows open at night on the weekend, the bedroom in the back was nice and quiet even with the balcony door open. Great place to stay.

The apartment is in the city center, and only 4min. walk from train station, so it is very convenient. Also, the host is really nice and friendly. After communicating, we were allowed check in early with no extra cost. It is really great!!!

Gorgeous apartment in the heart of Reading. A 4 minute walk to the train station and about a 3 minute walk to the Oracle Mall. Great amenities, a really clean, and really stylish place. The hosts are great, helpful and reply almost instantly. Overall great stay! Lots of stairs though, so if you’re averse to climbing this is certainly a thing to note. Also, during my stay, the wifi was not so great during the day.

The Tulip apartment in Reading is great little retreat in the middle of Reading, perfectly located near the train station. The flat itself is light & airy and very well equipped indeed. Adam and Jack are first class with the comms and on hand if you have any queries. An A1 experience. Highly recommended.

Lovely bright apartment,very convenient for town,especially M n S food hall. All niggly issues promptly dealt with,jack very helpful. Stairs keep you fit,but the upside is no noisy neighbours above you.would definitely recommend this,in the summer months it would be bliss.

Beautiful place and excellent location right in town, a short walk from the train station with an M&S food on the doorstep, ridiculously convenient all round, all the information about checking in was clear and easy to understand , the guys were incredibly helpful with my various queries and I was genuinely sad to leave! Will definitely stay here again if I need to stay in Reading.

Had the best stay here. The apartment is extremely centrally located. Short walking distance to both Reading station as well as the shop (incl Oracle). Nice, bright and very homely space, heaps of storage in the bedroom, comfy bed, great shower and nice open living room with lots of windows. Stayed for 3 weeks and the kitchen was equipped sufficiently for me to be able to cook. Nice to have table and chairs both to sit and eat at but also to use when I was working. WiFi worked really well throughout the flat. Stayed on my own and felt very safe with the added bonus of being on the top floor but also having video entry phone system. Dealing with Adam was easy, his communication was great and I also got to meet him which was nice. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a central Reading apartment. Home away from home - thanks for having me.

Beautiful apartment, right in town and with an M&S food right on the doorstep, in terms of location and facilities I couldn’t have asked for more, check in process was easy and convenient and information provided was clear and straightforward, I had to contact the hosts with several queries and they were always very friendly, helpful and professional, I was genuinely sad to leave.
